| Dr. Zeeshan achieved a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from NEDUET, Karachi, an MSc in Communications, Control, and Digital Signal Processing, and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK. He received £3M+ in research funding from various sources. He has been actively involved in industry collaborative projects, published 150+ research articles, won multiple research awards, and held leadership roles in IEEE conferences. He is appointed as technical program chair for IEEE WCNC 2023 and IEEE Smart Grid Communications. He is a fellow of Higher Education Academy, UK; and a member of IASLE. He provided expert advice to the Scottish Parliament on the impact of Covid-19 on digital infrastructure, energy, education, and healthcare as a member of the Scottish Parliament Framework Agreement on the Covid-19 Pandemic |

He has Led multimillion-funded international research projects and supervised 50+ PhD graduates, with 500+ peer-reviewed research papers. | Dr. Qammer earned his BSc and MSc degrees in electronics and telecommunication engineering from UET, Lahore, Pakistan, with distinction. He completed his Ph.D. in Electronic and Electrical engineering from Queen Mary University of London (QMUL); worked as a Post-Doctoral researcher at QMUL and held various roles in academia and research, including at UET, KSK, Lahore, and TAMUQ. He has contributed to over 450 international journals and conference papers, authored 11 books, and received numerous awards and recognitions. He is an IEEE senior member and chairs the IEEE AP/MTT UK, Ireland, and Scotland joint chapter. He serves as an associate editor for multiple IEEE journals and is involved in various IEEE committees |
Dr. Shahid Awan University of the West of Scotland, UK  | Dr. Shahid hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, specializing in Machine Learning, with a focus on addressing United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). He has led impactful projects, including 'Cricket Video Scene Categorization and Labeling' with Crickingif, earning the Rector's Award for Innovation. He also led projects on 'Electric Demand Forecasting' and 'Dengue Fever Spread Forecasting' in collaboration with national entities. He secured funding to pitch the startup on 'Electrical Demand Forecasting' in Silicon Valley. He has completed modules of 'Innovation Strategy' by KTN UK and 'Leadership and Management Training Modules' from Ashorne Hill Management College, UK. |
| Ms. Zehra Aneek  | A leader focused on making transformational impact in the Sustainability and Energy space. Zehra Aneek has 20+ years of cross-functional sectorial experience across Sustainability, cleantech, Climate Change, Corporate Governance, Transformational Strategy and Communications. Currently, she leads the Sustainability and Climate Change unit at EY Pakistan. Previously she was Director ESG and Sustainability at K-Electric Limited. She has also been associated with British American Tobacco, KFC Pakistan and Chevron at various senior Sustainability and Communications roles. | Dr. Mehmood Ali  | Dr. Mehmood specialization revolves around the production of biofuels and bioenergy derived from non-edible vegetable oils, agricultural residues, waste cooking oils, and microalgal lipids. He has significant expertise in conducting emission testing and analyzing engine performance for blended biodiesel and bioethanol fuels. Additionally, he has hands-on experience in applying solar drying methods to enhance the generation of bioenergy from agricultural residues. He possess proficiency in the design of solar dryers for agricultural waste and microalgae photobioreactor cultivation systems, designing batch scale biodiesel production unit and biomass gasifiers. Furthermore, his research background includes investigating various thermochemical conversion processes for biomass, including hydrothermal liquefaction, combustion, pyrolysis, and gasification for biofuel production. I am adept at utilizing thermogravimetry (TGA), such as differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and differential thermal analysis (DTA), as well as employing analytical tools like Raman spectroscopy, fluorescence microscopy, and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS). |
